Three change agents workshop have been conducted so far.   Tricor Consulting Limited (the Change Management Consultants) and Director of Information Systems shared with over 30 participants from  Schools/Departments/Offices the ways in which they could participate in the enterprise information systems digital transformation journey.   The need for appropriate project governance was also discussed.    In the first Change Agent Workshop, Ms. Silver Chan, Associate Director of SAO (Counselling and Wellness) also updated the participants the  implementation challenges of the Student Counselling system developed by the outside contractor, and the quality assurance services carried out by ISO. 
Level 2 communication sessions have started.    Around 75 people from Schools/Departments/Offices attended the Finance and Procurement Services communication sessions.    Colleagues from ISO and Peer Offices such as Finance Office etc. shared the strategies, roadmap and the challenges.   Online polling was conducted to gather the feedback from the participants about their preferred priority on the proposed information systems projects. 
Enhanced the “Academic Advisement Report” to allow student to view the required single-count units of the enrolled Other Major and Minor programs for graduation.
Enhancements of “Online Program Registration” functions for 2018-19 Fall.
A one-hour high-level communication session for the non-school department heads and/or their representatives was conducted.   Around 45 people from 24 offices attended the session.  The external consultant briefly shared the key messages for the digital transformation initiative.   DIS shared the achievements for the past 3 years, the current status, perceived challenges, expected benefits to be achieved, and the upcoming detailed communication plan to different stakeholders.   Online polling was also conducted to obtain the real-time feedback from the participants about their views on the current maturity status of our enterprise information systems, and the most difficult parts of the digital transformation journey, between people, process and technology.   The polling results coincided with the previous internal estimate of ISO made in December 2017.
- Launch the system to department/school staff on approval of Course Equivalence Database. - Pilot launch of online application for credit transfer to students.
A series of 20 minutes condensed presentation was carried out by DIS for the Dean, Associate Deans, Department Heads, Directors of IPO, SHSS, SENG, SSCI and SBM.    Around 130 people attended the five sessions.  DIS very briefly shared the achievements for the past 3 years, the current status, perceived challenges and expected benefits to be achieved, and the upcoming communication plan to different stakeholders.    Some faculty members provided their immediate feedback for ISO to follow-up.
