Launched Premise Analysis System for Schools to fill and confirm on the space usage (including Research Area, UG Teaching Area, Dept Admin Area etc.) for EVPPO to conduct analysis of space usage, and to provide the data as part of cost-drivers to support the cost allocation model for UGC Cost Allocation Guidelines.   The system integrates with PeopleSoft ERP systems (HRMS/SIS) for Faculty, Research Staff and RPG Students, and support upload of space data.

Launching Faculty Online Reporting System for faculty annual activities report submission and EVPPO to manage performance review form and salary recommendation template. Support data integration with PeopleSoft ERP systems (HRMS/FMS/SIS), Research systems and Student feedback questionnaire system.

Launching Contact Management System for VPIA Branch and CCSS to manage contact information of external stakeholders as well as event invitation and attendance records.

System enhanced to force student to register ORCiD and to integrate with Research Output System.
